Ive been using this app for almost a year now and it is very useful so far with very little bugs. Its been very helpful in terms of developing a picture of our familys financial habits and will be helpful in guiding our future habits Only improvements I can see would be to better categorize a Savings category. Right now if you budget a certain amount for savings each month, the only way the app can record a transaction that credits a contribution to savings is by recording a savings transaction as an expense from the account that the funds are being deducted from. You then must record an income transaction in the account that the savings amount is being deposited to. This tends to inflate the income youve received when pulling reports. The other way to manage saving a is by using transfers but this does not get recorded by the budgeting function, so if you have set a certain budget for savings each month, you cant view that when looking at the budget screen. The only thing is that I find if you change budgets, the change is not always recorded clearly in terms of what the initial budget was and what it is going forward Other than that it has been a very useful. Great app!

This is the best app I have on my phone. It gives a crystal clear picture of your finances. Its like it was custom made with exact features I need.

Has all the features I needed. Im old school and prefer the manual data input, as this is my way of double-checking all bank transactions, etc., are correct. Two features Id love to see added: 1. Some sort of CSV report (so I could save and view an annual report on my PC. 2. Credit Card - Has balance (which I need), but would also like to see balance available. Thanks for the great app.

Great app! Is there any way to get the future bill payments to show up in the forecast?

This is the best budgeting app I have ever used! I love how easy it is as well as the way it gives you both graphs and charts (for both the number and picture oriented alike). I also love the way you can set up your own budgeting categories so that it can be tailored to each unique family situation. That being said, and as someone stated before, it would be nice if you could make a savings options so that you can allocate money not spent (sitting in your bank accounts) as part of your budget. So for the budget only looks at your expenses each month but you cant allocate any income as savings within your budget. So in order to try to add it to your budget you end up "spending" some money that you never actually spent. And it would be nice if there was a "saving budget" option when transferring funds between accounts as well. Right now it just moves from one spot to another but doesnt incorporate that into the budget sections. Would still recommend this app despite this oversight!

I have bought this app plus the OSX version and they are suppose to sync together, but after working a couple of time, now every device has a different number of entries. Interface is not very iPhone/Mac-like either. Somewhat clunky set-up... Dont bother if youre lookink to sync.

Doesnt offer linking to Canadian banks. :(

Have been using this app for the past 4 years. There have been no updates since Feb 2014 and now recurring transactions and syncing no longer works. Dont make people pay for an app if you cannot maintain your app.

I love this app. Its easy to use. Clean layout every thing has a place in a logical way. The way that accounts can be grouped gives a lot of possibilities for ex. to have a total for credit cards belonging to me or to my husband, etc. Please make an option to control loans and liabilities. Sometimes you buy something ans you pay in different periods and amounts. I would like to register the transactios as a loan and apply payments to a expense category when i make the payment. Another exemple is the mortgage.

since the last update, when you open the application, the page is reduced to the screen and does not cover the area.

This app was excellent until the last update. Now the controls on the lower left are not visible or usable on my iPad 2 in landscape mode. However, I just discovered it works fine when I turn the iPad around into portrait mode. Guess its mostly designed for iPhones.

The new version 3.1.1 to fix a Screen Issue means I am now stuck with Split Screen only. I do not always want all the menu clutter on the left side of my screen. My ability to choose has been taken away, and I can no longer close the split. How is this a fix, or an improvement?

Have been using this app for several years and liked it. Very happy to see recurring expenses back and to have the page back to its full size.

I have been using the program for many years and have seen it grow into a fully functional personal accounting program. I have not seen any personal type of transaction that it can handle. It saves me hours at tax time when I want to find my medical expenses and charitable donations. I am waiting for the time when I can automatically purchase through your app and only enter the account (visa, chequeing etc) and the expense category! Keep up the good work!

I love this app- have used it for years.

All things thing considered this is a great app with many improvements over the years but, since its face lift for iOS 8. I have not seen much in change. There has been no new features in some time now. I would love to see some amount of learning/prediction, i.e.: coffee $2, car wash $9.50 and a widget for expenses like what I am seeing with similar budget apps. Keep up the great work.

Ive been tracking my finances with this app for several years now. There were some minor bugs from time to time (though not recently), but it is a great tool in all!

My husband and I use this app and it is awesome. Totally customizable for whatever you need. I love that I can have as many budget categories as I want and the family sync is great. Ive had a few questions and found the FAQs super helpful and when I emailed about a glitch I was experiencing, they got back to me and explained the solution right away. This is way easier to manage than cash in jars and I recommend it to anyone looking to track their money!

It is a decent budget management app, with good User Interface. One improvement required is to add the ability to see the annual total income breakdown by different sources in a pie chart. This is available for expenses, but not for incomes. Overall, a very handy app.
